One of the greatest joys I have is staying connected with my sweet clients over the years! Avigail and Clarence have had me capture their engagement, their wedding, their pregnancy and first child, AJ, and now I had the pleasure of seeing them again as their family grows with a baby girl due in early December!! Photographing them again was awesome, and it was like no time had gone by at all... well, except for their big boy AJ who is now 8! Here is an image of him as a baby from my old studio in San Carlos, and here is beautiful mama Avi dancing in the park! Love you guys!! Can't wait to meet the little miss when she arrives!
Everyone who knows me, knows I love babies. Josh tells me I am crazy for them, and he is right! I did photograph him often during his first year, but nothing compares to the time I have spent photographing Ava in my studio. She is the princess of so many of Lori's friends dreams. I am sure several of us would have given her a pony at the baby shower if we could have... (and a Cinderella pumpkin coach for them to pull her around in style!) Anyway, her birthday approaches...
She is such a happy child who loves music, her brothers, and especially her mama. I am so lucky to be her "Auntie Kim!" Lori makes the most adorable outfits for her, and I cherish our time in the studio! What's going to happen when she starts walking??? Thanks Lori (and the rest of the family!) for sharing your princess with us all!
It's such an honor to know people from their wedding day on through to the family that grows from that love! Krista and Brett were married at one of my favorite places... Nestldown in Los Gatos. I love it so much that if I had known about it before I was a wedding photographer, and before Ray and I got married, I probably would have chosen it for my own wedding. Such a beautiful couple, and an amazing day, and now fast-forward a few years and they have returned to the SF Bay area to live! And they even had a sweet little Californian born at the hospital down the street! So wonderful to see you all last weekend, and get to meet your sweet children! Welcome (back) to California, and I hope to see you more often!
